Flour-less Banana Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch pan
  3. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and mix in any additions
  4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  6. Let cool completely in loaf pan
  7. Store bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator
